The K976BGLRN-600.0W is a high-power, wavelength-stabilized fiber-coupled laser diode delivering 600W of Continuous Wave (CW) output power at a tightly controlled center wavelength of 976nm (±1nm). Engineered for the precise absorption requirements of fiber laser pumping, this laser diode concentrates ≥90% of its output power within the narrow 974.5nm–977.5nm band — directly aligned with the peak absorption of Ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber, maximizing gain conversion efficiency across the entire pump chain. A defining capability of this laser diode is its wavelength stability under varying operating conditions. With a wavelength shift of just 0.02 nm/°C and 0.03 nm/A, the K976BGLRN-600.0W maintains its spectral precision regardless of thermal or current fluctuations, ensuring consistent pump absorption without active wavelength correction. The integrated 30dB feedback isolation across the 1020nm–1200nm range further protects the diode stack from back-reflections inherent to fiber laser cavities. The module outputs through a 200μm core diameter fiber (0.22 NA) terminated with an FC-ferrule, enclosed in 0.9mm loose tubing with a 2-meter pigtail. With a typical electrical-to-optical efficiency of 48% and a slope efficiency of 28 W/A, this compact water-cooled laser diode module — operating at 20°C with just 7 L/min flow — provides a reliable, integration-ready pump source for industrial fiber laser systems and advanced scientific research platforms.
