The K976FN1RN-200.0W is a high-power fiber-coupled laser diode delivering 200W of Continuous Wave (CW) output power at a center wavelength of 976nm (973nm–979nm). Engineered for fiber laser pumping and material processing, this laser diode operates at the peak absorption band of Ytterbium-doped double-clad gain fiber, enabling efficient pump-to-signal energy conversion in high-power fiber laser and amplifier systems. A standout feature of this laser diode is its exceptional long-term reliability, rated at a Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) of 100,000 hours. This industry-leading lifetime figure — backed by rigorous inspection and burn-in procedures — makes the K976FN1RN-200.0W a trusted choice for OEM integrators where system uptime and maintenance intervals are critical. The integrated 30dB back-reflection isolation across the 1040nm–1200nm range further safeguards the diode from feedback damage in reflective fiber laser environments.
