The K976DGLRN-1000.0W is a high-power, industrial-grade fiber-coupled laser diode module designed to deliver a massive 1000W of Continuous Wave (CW) output power. Engineered specifically for the demanding requirements of fiber laser pumping and high-energy scientific research, this module operates at a center wavelength of 976nm (±3nm) to maximize absorption efficiency in gain media. A critical feature of this kilowatt-class diode is its integrated feedback protection. It provides superior isolation (30dB) against back-reflections in the 1020nm to 1200nm range, safeguarding the diode from potential damage during operation in reflective environments. This ensures long-term reliability and stability even under high-load conditions. The module features a robust 220µm core diameter fiber (0.22 NA) with a pigtail termination, enclosed in protective 0.9mm PVC tubing. With a high slope efficiency of 33 W/A and electrical-to-optical efficiency typically reaching 45%, the K976DGLRN-1000.0W offers an optimal balance of raw power and energy efficiency for next-generation laser systems.
