The 976 nm 430 W Wavelength-Stabilized Fiber Coupled Diode Laser is an ultra-high-brightness pump source engineered for the most rigorous industrial fiber laser and scientific applications. Leveraging integrated Volume Bragg Grating (VBG) technology, this module achieves an exceptionally stable 976 nm ± 1 nm center wavelength, with over 90% of the total output power concentrated within a 3 nm spectral band. Delivering a 430 W continuous-wave output through a high-precision 200 µm fiber core, the K976BNZRN series is optimized for maximum energy density and system efficiency. Designed for total reliability, it includes integrated 30 dB feedback isolation to shield the diode from back-reflections during high-power materials processing. With an industry-leading 48% electrical-to-optical conversion rate, robust thermal management, and an industrial FC-Ferrule termination, this module is the ideal engine for kilowatt-class fiber laser systems, thin-metal welding, and advanced additive manufacturing.
