The 878.6 nm 170 W High Power Fiber Coupled Diode Laser is a state-of-the-art pump source designed specifically for high-efficiency Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO4 solid-state laser systems. By utilizing integrated Volume Bragg Grating (VBG) technology, this module maintains an ultra-stable 878.6 nm ± 1 nm center wavelength, enabling pump-into-the-upper-laser-level strategies that significantly reduce thermal lensing and maximize wall-plug efficiency. Delivering a potent 170 W of continuous-wave output through a high-precision 200 µm fiber core, the K878 series offers exceptional energy density and spectral purity. For total system reliability, the module includes integrated 30 dB feedback isolation, shielding the diode from harmful back-reflections in the 1020 nm–1200 nm range. Built with a high 47% electrical-to-optical efficiency and rugged HP-SMA905 termination, this module provides the technical authority required for kilowatt-class scientific research and industrial laser processing.
