Unlike standard single-emitter fiber-coupled modules, this is a **fiber-bundled** design — multiple diode emitters are combined and coupled into a single large 400μm core output fiber (0.22 NA), enabling 20W of high-power 808nm delivery in a rugged, single-fiber SMA905 package. This architecture maximizes total power output at the cost of beam brightness compared to single-emitter modules, making it ideal for power-delivery-focused applications rather than brightness-critical ones. The 400μm core fiber is housed in 3mm stainless steel loose tubing — a notably robust mechanical construction distinguishing this module from the plastic-tubing alternatives elsewhere in the lineup. The stainless steel armoring provides superior protection against mechanical stress, fiber kinking, and harsh industrial or medical environments where flexible cable routing is required. With a 1-meter fiber length and SMA905 termination, the module connects directly to standard SMA-port illumination heads, medical handpieces, and industrial laser delivery systems without additional fiber assembly.
