Uncompromising performance

The BDL-CW3000 is a 950 ± 50 nm, 3000 W fiber-coupled diode laser system for laser welding, laser cladding, surface treatment and laser edge banding. It delivers output through a 600 µm core fiber with a QBH connector and a 10 m cable, with custom cable lengths available. The system supports continuous-wave or modulated operation up to 5 kHz, a 10–100% power adjustment range, a red aiming beam and RS232/AD control. Its water-cooled enclosure measures 80 × 402 × 466 mm (H × W × D) and weighs 25 kg.
