The LDD1630 is a compact, high-current laser diode driver developed for OEM, industrial and laboratory systems requiring up to 16 A of output current with 30 V compliance voltage. It supports continuous-wave (CW) and quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) laser operation.
Combines up to 16 A of diode current with 30 V compliance for a maximum output of 480 W.
Provides up to 16 A for laser diode loads that require more current than the 10 A LDD models.
Supports CW and QCW operation with constant-current and constant-power control options.
Modulates up to 50 kHz, with a 2 µs rise time and 2.5 µs fall time.
Greater than 94% power efficiency helps reduce electrical losses when suitable heat sinking is provided.
