The K808DNLRN-50.00W is a high-power fiber-coupled laser diode delivering 50W of Continuous Wave (CW) output power at a center wavelength of 808nm (±3nm). Like the 25W and 30W 808nm modules, this product is available with a choice of two fiber core sizes — 200μm or 400μm — both at 0.22 NA and SMA905 termination, allowing the same laser engine to be configured for either higher-brightness 200μm delivery or higher-power-tolerance 400μm delivery depending on the downstream application’s fiber coupler or pump input specification. The dual-core availability at 50W covers a key mid-range pump power level where both solid-state laser end-pumping (favoring 200μm for brightness) and side-pumping or medical delivery (favoring 400μm for larger-area coverage) are practical use cases. The minimum bending radius scales accordingly — 88mm for the 200μm fiber and 176mm for the 400μm fiber — providing a clear mechanical routing consideration for OEM system designers integrating the module into compact laser chassis. With a 40% electrical-to-optical efficiency, a slope efficiency of 4.5 W/A, a maximum operating voltage of 10V, and a maximum operating current of 14A, the K808DNLRN-50.00W operates from straightforward single-channel laser driver boards. The SMA905 connector, 2-meter pigtail in 3mm loose tubing, and 30dB feedback isolation (1020–1200nm) complete a versatile, field-ready 50W 808nm pump source for a broad range of solid-state, medical, and material processing applications.
